It’s the simple things that make all the difference when dealing with tradesmen, for example actually showing up for the quote. Not only will we show up for the quote but if running late, will let you know. Your quote will be detailed & costs itemized so you can see where your money is being spent. Your quote will be sent via email and if any variations are request, will be updated and resent. Whilst the landscape project is underway, you will be kept up to date as to progress and any issues or changes that come up. No loud head banging music is played, we keep our job sites tidy and do a big clean up at the end, leaving the site as clean, if not cleaner than we found it.
At the completion of the landscaping, if required an amended invoice is sent passing on any variations, additions or removals.
